1990 - foundation of IHR Ltd. company with the main task of representation of foreign
producers on the czechoslovak market for the deliveries OE, spare parts for
Aftermarket and export of czechoslovak products
1992/93 - build up of the logistic centre for deliveries of the goods
1994 - founding member of SISA - Association of importers spare parts and garage technic
1995/96 - splitting IHR Ltd. in two companies:
* IHR Autodíly Ltd. with the task of representing the foreign producers on czech and slovak
markets for OE deliveries, spare parts for aftermarket and export of the czech products
* IHR Technika Ltd. with the task of representing the foreign producers in section of garage
equipment includig the sales
2005 - IHR Autodíly Ltd. - the member of IHR Group managin 13 officies in 11 countries
wit 60 employees using the technician and economic Know how
2005 - member of the Club of exporters and Czcech Chambre of Commerce
